Moving to Texas is quite an experience, and one of the most unexpected surprises for myself was the food. So, here's a list of some of the foods I've tried since moving to Houston. It keep growing longer so i figured i have to stop now and just be done. *note I'm only listing foods I've enjoyed, not the ones i didn't like - who wants to re-live those?

I am a big fan of a lot of those foods- especially avocados!There are quite a few foods on your list (like eggs benedict and horchata) that I have yet to try, though. I think my palate could you some expanding!
oh man, you're making me hungry just looking at that list! my palette has greatly expanded too, since leaving home, all kinds of ethnic foods! indian, mexican, thai and vietnamese are top of the list.
mmmm.... vietnamese coffee...just a spoonful of sweetened condensed milk. now THAT is something i CAN do at home! yum! :)
